How it works: Join with your name, level, and a 4-digit PIN — your PIN is only needed when switching devices. Tap your free dates and choose your game type. When 3 players share a date it appears as a Game in Progress (+1 needed). When 4 share a date it becomes a Full Match — the lead booker selects venue, confirms the time, and shares via WhatsApp. 5+ players on the same date? The extra players appear as Reserves in case someone drops out.
